Search 4 Approach

Recruiting top candidates. Our firm is an "Aggressive Player" that does not rely solely on paid advertisements to recruit the best candidates. Since advertising rarely works, making warm calls to previously contacted candidates and making cold calls to individuals listed in Hospital Guide and/or membership lists is more successful. "Selling" the candidate on the opportunity is crucial and may be a team effort with our client and Search 4.  Evaluation. We evaluate candidates by utilizing reference checks, interviews and other internal checks. Next, we introduce the candidate to the hiring manager and schedule subsequent interviews.  Presentation of candidates. Once we have evaluated and screened potential candidates, we present the best-qualified individuals for consideration. Search 4 will conduct and coordinate the first interview with candidates selected by our client. Normally, the client follows-up with the initial interview with additional interviews to select the best candidate for the position. Final selection is made by the client. Search 4 is prepared to assist with scheduling interviews, locations, terms of employment, advising on housing, relocation and transition. All costs shall be first approved by our clients and reimbursed to the candidate and Search 4.
